I was fortunate to have found Daniel, from NRD removals as he helped me so much, after speaking to Daniel I instantly knew that I could see making the move to the new home was going to be flawless. Remembering back it was extremely stressful and there were a few setbacks experienced at the time on my part but Daniel was so supportive and patient and made the removal process a breeze. Daniel did help and support me through every step of the way by keeping me fully informed and by staying in contact. You have to understand that at the time clients are very anxious, having to patiently wait for the decision to say everything is finalised and your item can finally be delivered in to your new home. So clients can become very persistent and telephone several times a day for updates. Daniel and his team always answered my calls. Daniel is an asset to NRD as he went beyond his duty to help and support me every step of the way. He made sure everything went smoothly and I was happy with the outcome
